Rich Seidel has an extensive work experience starting from 1986 where they worked as a Missile Facility Specialist in the US Air Force. Rich then worked as an Electrical Engineering Manager at Fortna, Inc. from 1994 to 1996. After that, they worked as an Electrical Engineer at Entech Engineering, Inc. from 1996 to 1998. From 1998 to 2004, they served as the Operations Manager at Reading Electric. In 2004, they joined RPA Engineering as an Electrical Engineer. In the same year, they also started working at Fortna, where they held various roles including Project Manager, Director of Project Management, and Senior Director of Project and Site Management. Rich then moved to Axcon Corporation, Inc. in 2017 where they served as the Vice President of Maintenance & Service. In 2021, they were promoted to Vice President of Operations, and in 2023, they became the Senior Vice President of Operations.
Rich Seidel holds an MBA in Business from Drexel University, which they obtained from 2002 to 2004. Prior to this, they earned a BSEE in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University, completing their degree from 1990 to 1993. Additionally, Seidel has obtained various certifications, including being a Procore Certified Project Manager and a Project Management Professional (PMP). Rich is also a Professional Engineer, certified by the PA Department of State Bureau of Professional & Occupational Affairs.
