Roger Sipe

Roger Sipe is a seasoned healthcare executive with extensive experience in operational leadership and revenue cycle management. Currently serving as Sr. Vice President of Operations at Lexington Medical Center since February 2000, Roger Sipe collaborates with senior executive leadership to drive the operational success of multiple campus facilities, emphasizing patient care delivery, quality, and satisfaction. Previous roles include Vice President overseeing managed care contracting and community medical networks, as well as Assistant Vice President and Director of Patient Financial Services, where responsibilities encompassed all aspects of the Revenue Cycle. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Patient Financial Services at Newberry County Memorial Hospital and as a First Lieutenant in the SC Army National Guard. Roger Sipe holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The Citadel.
