Lassad Zouaoui currently serves as the Head of Client Evolution and Services at axefinance since January 2008, where responsibilities include transforming the Support department, overseeing maintenance activities, implementing new releases, and managing communications with the Product Management Team and R&D. Prior to this, Lassad functioned as a Project Manager, leading the implementation of ACP for credit process automation in financial institutions globally and managing project teams while contributing to the development of ACP implementation methodologies. From 1999 to 2007, Lassad worked as a Consultant/PM at BFI. Lassad holds an MBA in International Finance from the High Institute of Management Tunis and a Master Degree in Finance from the Institut Supérieur de Gestion.
