Sara Greenstein

Sara Greenstein has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Sara is currently the President, Chief Executive Officer, and Board Director of Axel Johnson Inc., a company that invests in other businesses to create long-term value. Prior to this, they served as a Member of the Board of Directors at BorgWarner Inc. In 2019, Sara held the positions of President, Chief Executive Officer, and Board Director at Lydall, where they were responsible for leading the company's global operations and strategic direction. Before that, they were a Member of the Board of Directors at Briggs & Stratton. Sara also has experience as the Senior Vice President of U.S. Steel Consumer Products at United States Steel Corporation, overseeing revenue and leading employees across multiple manufacturing locations. Earlier in their career, they held various leadership positions at Underwriters Laboratories, including President of UL Environment and Senior Vice President roles in marketing, strategy, supply chain, and sustainability. Sara also served as a Board Trustee at UL-CCIC Board of Directors. Before joining Underwriters Laboratories, Sara worked as a Board Trustee at Hu-Friedy Mfg. Co., LLC. In addition, they have experience as a Senior Manager at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, where they led a team in developing strategy and managing financial restructuring. Sara began their career as a Strategy Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group and as a Senior Consultant at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, where they conducted strategic analyses and assessments for various industries.

Sara Greenstein completed their education in a chronological order. From 1992 to 1996, they attended the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Sara'sfield of study was Industrial Distribution Management and Accountancy. Later, they pursued their Master of Business Administration from 1999 to 2001 at the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business, specializing in Strategy and Finance.
