Erin Stevens

Erin Stevens has worked in the financial services industry since 2004. Erin began their career at Pearson Performance Solutions as a Research and Development employee. In 2007, they moved to Pierce and Associates, where they held the role of Client Management Supervisor. In this role, they were responsible for developing and implementing a firm-wide departmental training program, assessing and creating project plans to remediate client audit findings, and assessing the risk and impact of incoming client communications. In 2014, they joined Fay Servicing, LLC as Vice President of Compliance. In 2016, they moved to Transworld Systems as Director of Internal Audit. In 2018, they joined Alliant Credit Union as Manager of Risk and Control. Most recently, in 2021, they became Executive Vice President of Compliance at Axela Technologies.

Erin Stevens has a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Northern Illinois University.
