Georgios Vlachos

Georgios Vlachos possesses extensive experience in the blockchain and computer science sectors, currently serving as Co-founder and Director at Axelar Foundation since May 2021. Prior to this role, Georgios co-founded Axelar in June 2020 and held the position of Head of Mathematics at Algorand from January 2018 to May 2020. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, completed in 2017, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from the same institution, earned in 2016.
