Cristian - Gavril Olar has over 17 years of work experience. From 2022 to present, they have been the Director of Systems Software and Principal Engineer at Axelera AI. From 2008 to 2022, they were employed at Intel Movidius, where they held various roles such as Principal Engineer, Lead Software Architect, Software Engineering Director, Software Engineering Manager, Application Engineering Manager, Software Team Leader, and Embedded Software Developer. From 2005 to 2008, they were an Intern at S.C. Silver-Gold S.R.L.

Cristian-Gavril Olar attended Colegiul National "Moise Nicoara", Arad from 2000 to 2004, where they attained a Computer Programmer Assistant Qualification in Information Technologies. Cristian - Gavril then attended Politehnica University of Timisoara from 2004 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor in Computer Science Engineering in the same field.
