Prakash N is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software systems engineering, particularly in the areas of SDN, cloud native solutions, and embedded systems. Currently serving as Director of Software Systems Engineering at Extreme Networks since September 2017, Prakash has been responsible for driving the development of next-generation SDWAN solutions and cloud-native visibility solutions. Previous roles include Senior Manager at Avaya, where Prakash managed SDN solutions for healthcare and IoT, and at Ericsson, overseeing the design and development of cloud SDN controllers. Additionally, Prakash held technical management positions at Alcatel-Lucent, Texas Instruments, Sasken, and C-DOT, contributing to pivotal telecommunications projects throughout a career spanning over three decades.
