Karishma Sharma has been working in the engineering field since 2010. karishma began their career at Ericsson India Pvt. Ltd. as a Product and Project Engineer, where they were responsible for product lifecycle monitoring, BOQ verification, and monthly reporting of KPI's. In 2013, they moved to STMicroelectronics as a Trainee, where they were responsible for IP level verification and developing test cases for newly added design modules in CANSubsystem. In 2014, they joined Infineon Technologies as a Design Engineer. In 2015, they moved to Cerium Systems as a Physical Design Engineer. In 2018, they joined Intel India Pvt. Ltd. as a Senior Physical Design Engineer. Currently, they are working at Axelera AI as a Senior Physical Design Engineer.

Karishma Sharma completed their Xth grade from ASN Sr. Sec. School in 2001-2002. karishma then completed their XIIth grade from ASN Sr. Sec. School in 2003-2004, with a major in PCM with Economics. karishma then went on to pursue their B.Tech from BBDNITM, (UPTU) in 2005-2009, majoring in Electronics and Communication Engineering. Finally, they completed their Master of Technology (M.Tech.) from Manav Rachna International University, Faridabad in 2012-2014, majoring in VLSI & Embedded Systems.
