Stéphane Badel

Stéphane Badel has worked in physical design engineering since 2009. Stéphane worked as a Silicon Engineer for Icera Semiconductor from 2009 to 2011, then as a Senior Mixed-Signal Design Engineer for NVIDIA from 2011 to 2015. Stéphane then worked as a Principal Engineer for Huawei Technologies from 2015 to 2019. In 2022, they began working as a Staff Physical Design Engineer for Axelera AI.

Stéphane Badel began their education in 1994 at the Ecole d'Ingénieurs de Geneve, where they earned an Ing. degree in Electrical Engineering in 1999. Stéphane then moved to the EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne), where they obtained a M.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering in 2003, followed by a Ph.D. in Microelectronics in 2008.
