Kanika Bhatia

Kanika Bhatia is an experienced recruitment and HR professional with a strong background in leading recruitment projects and managing people operations. Currently serving as Recruitment Lead at Axelerant since December 2021, Kanika is responsible for meeting hiring targets across various technical and non-technical positions while engaging with diverse stakeholders to enhance organizational processes. Previously, Kanika held roles at OpenSense Labs, progressing from Talent Acquisition Specialist to People Operations Manager, overseeing HR policies and end-to-end recruitment operations. Earlier positions at Jindal Steel & Power Ltd. and Convergys provided foundational experience in HR and recruitment management. Kanika holds a Master’s degree in Commerce from Indira Gandhi National Open University and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from the College of Vocational Studies.
