Arghyadeep Das

Arghyadeep Das has a strong background in recruitment and staffing solutions. Arghyadeep started their career as a Technical Recruiter at FCS Software Solutions Ltd in February 2017 and then moved on to work as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Head Field Solutions Pvt. Ltd. from October 2017 to May 2019. During this time, they gained expertise in sourcing, screening, contacting, confirming, interviewing, and placing qualified talent in various industries such as IT, healthcare, and finance. Arghyadeep also became skilled in using job boards/portals like Dice, Monster, and Career Builder.

After that, Arghyadeep joined Anuva Resource Solutions, Inc. as a Recruiting Team Lead from May 2019 to July 2020. Arghyadeep continued to excel in the recruiting cycle and worked on filling positions in various industries using job boards/portals.

In 2020, Arghyadeep joined Spruce InfoTech, Inc. as a Team Lead-Recruitment. Arghyadeep was responsible for the full recruiting cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates. In 2022, Arghyadeep worked as a Delivery Lead at VARITE INC. Arghyadeep was involved in providing recruiting and staffing solutions to clients in the USA, Canada, and India. Arghyadeep ensured legal compliances, administered benefits, and collaborated with cross-country teams to staff global projects.

Most recently, Arghyadeep joined Veridic Solutions in 2023 as a Recruitment Manager/Resources Manager, where they continue to utilize their expertise in recruitment and staffing.

Arghyadeep Das attended Kendriya Vidyalaya from 2012 to 2013 where they completed their 12th in the field of study PCM. Arghyadeep later pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from IIMT University, from 2013 to 2017. In June 2016, Arghyadeep obtained a certification in Core Java from IBM.
