Adeel Ahmed

Adeel Ahmed has worked in the IT industry since 2015. In 2015, they worked as a Network Engineer at SCT, where they were responsible for remote configuration of Access Network sites and integration to the Core Network. In 2017, they worked as a Network Engineer (IP Core) at Augere Pakistan (Private) Limited, where they were responsible for fault localization and escalation, IGP reconstruction, media troubleshooting, and OM & Troubleshooting of Huawei WASN 9770. In 2018, they worked as an Executive IP Core and Executive NOC Engineer at wi-tribe, where they were responsible for planning, implementing, and supporting network upgrades, providing support to Fiber clients, and monitoring ISP network. In 2019, they worked as a Senior Data Core Engineer at Wateen Telecom Limited, where they were responsible for implementing traffic filters, controlling LAN Network, and configuring and managing IP/MPLS core network elements. In 2020, they worked as an Ip datacom Engineer at Huawei, where they were responsible for IP/MPLS Network design, optimization, operations and maintenance. Currently, they are working as a Network Operations Center Engineer at Axelliant, where they are responsible for configuring Freshservice SAAS, documenting workflow of Organization, enabling escalation and approval matrix in auto-configuration, adding inventory and agents information, and integrating Freshservice access through Microsoft My Applications API.
