ANDREY MALYUGIN

Andrey Malyugin has extensive work experience in the oil and gas industry, particularly in the field of measurement while drilling (MWD) and logging while drilling (LWD) technologies. Their most recent role was as the Chief Technology Officer at Axel, where they oversaw the development of hardware and software solutions for oil and gas companies. These solutions aimed to improve drilling performance through enhanced customization options and simplified workflows. Prior to this, Andrey worked as an MWD Technical Consultant at GeoTrend Corporation, providing technical support and consultancy services. ANDREY also served as an MWD Engineer at the National Drilling Company and Baker Hughes, where they were responsible for software support, surface acquisition systems, and rig site communications. Andrey began their career as an Electronic Technician in the PE Department at Halliburton, where they maintained and validated FRAC equipment.

Andrey Malyugin attended South Ural State University (SUSU) from 1999 to 2004, where they obtained an Engineer's Degree in Device Building, Measurements, and Metrology.
