Nikhil Kapaganti

Nikhil Kapaganti is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment and accounts receivable operations. Since July 2019, Nikhil has worked at Axelon Services Corporation, advancing from Recruiter to Senior Technical Recruiter and currently serves as Team Lead, specializing in recruiting IT and Non-IT personnel across various technologies and industries. Nikhil employs a range of sourcing tools, including headhunting and job portals, to identify candidates. In addition, since January 2018, Nikhil has been with Data Marshall Pvt LTD as an AR Caller, managing inbound and outbound calls to monitor the status of claims, reviewing work orders, and addressing claims denials. Nikhil holds a Bachelor's degree in B.Sc from Loyala Academy, completed in 2017.
