Juliet Dulles

Juliet Dulles is an experienced professional with a background in evaluation and performance analysis, having served as Evaluation Team Lead and Senior Performance Analyst at the U.S. Department of State from September 2008 to December 2014. In these roles, Juliet was responsible for developing program design, monitoring and evaluation policy, as well as leading evaluations of U.S. government global advocacy programs and translating results for key stakeholders. Juliet holds a Master of Arts in Economics and International Relations from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), obtained in January 1995, and a Bachelor's degree from Middlebury College, completed in January 1991.
