Alieesha Thomass has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries and regions. Alieesha has held various leadership roles in human resources, demonstrating their expertise and ability to manage HR functions at a strategic level. Alieesha has served as the Human Resources Director for Asia and India at Axens, where they are currently employed. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Human Resources at Heurtey Petrochem. Alieesha also has experience with OPW, a Dover Company, where they served as the Head of HR for India and the Rest of Asia. Alieesha's earlier roles include being a Senior Manager of HR at Time Inc., a Strategic HR Consultant, Training Facilitator, and Executive Coach at Essence of Life, and a Manager of HR at Theorem Inc. Alieesha has also worked as a Recruiter at E & Y, an HR Executive at SMT Networking, and an Executive Assistant at A R Hilal & Associates. Alieesha Thomass, GPHR, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Mumbai, which they obtained between 1993 and 1998. Alieesha pursued their Master of Science in Psychology at the University of Madras from 2004 to 2006. In addition, Alieesha Thomass completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management with a specialization in HR and International Business at Nichols College from 1998 to 2000. Alieesha has obtained certifications such as GPHR from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2014 and SHRM-SCP from the Society of Human Resource Management in 2015.
