Bénédicte LEVEAU's work experience includes:

- DRH - Senior VP HR at IFP Training from January 2014 to November 2020, responsible for establishing the HR function, developing team engagement, and supporting the evolution of roles in an international growth context

- Responsable Ressources Humaines & Communication Interne at IFP Training from July 2011 to December 2013, involved in HR policy development and implementation and improving internal communication

- Responsable Ressources Humaines at Soletanche Bachy from March 2007 to June 2011, responsible for modernizing and streamlining HR processes, professionalizing the team, and implementing KPIs

- Responsable Ressources Humaines at OCP Repartition from March 1996 to March 2007, involved in supporting company transformation and activities through practical HR approaches, including site consolidation and the introduction of new services and roles.

Bénédicte LEVEAU obtained a DESS degree in Ressources Humaines from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL in 1994-1995. Prior to that, they completed a Maitrise de Sociologie with a focus on Sociologie du travail et des organisations at Université Paris Nanterre in 1993-1994. In the same period, they also earned a Licence in Information & Communication from the same university.
