Olivier Touzalin

Olivier Touzalin is an experienced professional in the field of chemical engineering, currently serving as the HVO & Coprocessing Technology Team Leader at Axens since February 2013. Olivier develops and promotes technology solutions for lipid feedstock conversion to renewable fuels, overseeing technical proposals, unit performance follow-ups, and providing support to business development. Previous roles at Axens included Technologist in Middle Distillate and Light Ends Hydrotreatment, focusing on catalyst technology for diesel and naphtha processes across various regions. Olivier also worked as an R&D Engineer at IFP Energies Nouvelles, where six patents were filed in Selective FCC Gasoline Hydrodesulfurization. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Energy and Processes from IFP School, a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from Universitat Rovira i Virgili, and an engineering degree in Chemical Engineering from ENSIC.
