Previously, Katie worked as a Certified Medical Assistant at Summa Physicians Inc. and began a career in customer service and management as a Receptionist at Haasz Automall and Assistant Manager at Subway. Educational qualifications include a Medical Assistant degree from Canton City Schools Adult Community Education, along with studies at the University of Cincinnati and The University of Akron.
