Stellar Chong

Stellar Chong is a PGY-1 Pharmacy Resident at AxessPointe Community Health Centers, having started in June 2023. Prior experience includes working as a Pharmacy Intern at CVS Pharmacy from June 2016 to May 2023, where responsibilities involved patient counseling, medication recommendations, and prescription management. Additionally, Stellar served as a Pharmacy Technician, engaging in prescription processing and customer service, while gaining insights into patient medication issues. Prior to these roles, Stellar was a Medication Historian at Mount Carmel Health System from August 2018 to April 2023, focusing on medication reconciliation in various healthcare settings. Stellar holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from The Ohio State University (2019-2023) and a Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the same institution (2015-2018).
