Racchit Agarwaal has over 17 years of experience in sales and business development. Racchit is currently the Sales Director at Axestrack Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Sales at MedTrail from 2019 to 2021. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as the Vice President of Business Development at Netree - Making Retail Linked, where they led various initiatives including launching projects, managing teams, and increasing customer satisfaction. Racchit also has experience in network development and sales management at companies like Practo Technologies India Pvt. Ltd., Neelkanth Group Zambia Ltd., Nestle India Ltd, and Novartis India Ltd.

Racchit Agarwaal has a diverse educational background. Starting in 1996, they attended Kendriya Vidyalaya where they completed their Intermediate education with a focus on Biology. Racchit then went on to Acharya Nagarjuna University from 1999 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Botany/Zoology/Chemistry.

In 2003, Racchit enrolled at Fortune Institute of International Business and completed a PGDBM in Marketing by 2005.

In 2010, they attended the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta for the Executive General Management Programme, specializing in Sales and Marketing. This program lasted until 2011.

In addition to their formal education, Racchit Agarwaal has pursued additional certifications. In 2018, they obtained the Business Analyst Professional Program certification from the IBAT- Institute of Business Analyst Training. More recently, in 2020, they obtained certifications in "Empathy for Sales Professionals" and "Strategic Thinking" from LinkedIn.
