David Bonne

David Bonne has over 25 years of experience in risk management, treasury, and financial control across various industries. David is currently working as the Head of Enterprise Risk at Axi, where they provide risk management expertise and support for the Axicorp Group. Prior to this, they worked as a Trusted Risk Adviser and a Risk Advisor/Project Manager at Trusted Adviser and Sunsuper, respectively. David also has extensive experience at Westpac, where they held multiple roles including Senior Liquidity Risk Manager, Associate Director of Liquidity Risk Management, Associate Director of Funding & Liquidity, and Treasury Product/Financial Controller. David also has experience as a Fixed Income Product Controller at Citi, FX Product Controller at St.George Bank, and Group Product Controller at SCHRODERS PLC. David began their career as a Backoffice Assistant at Schlumberger and an Assistant Treasury Accountant at Otis Elevator Company. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in risk oversight, policy interpretation and implementation, stakeholder engagement, regulatory compliance, liquidity risk management, and financial reporting.

David Bonne earned a Bachelor of Business (BBus.) degree in Accounting and Finance from Charles Sturt University, completing their studies between 1990 and 1993. David also obtained additional certifications in Executive Leadership and Finance Fundamentals from LinkedIn in November 2016.
