Louise de Marco

Louise De Marco has over 20 years of experience in various roles in the field of Human Resources. Their most recent position was as the Global Head of Human Resources at Axi, where they started in September 2017. Prior to that, they worked as the Talent & Culture Director at Pureprofile from April 2016 to May 2017. Louise also has experience as a Consultant, working on their own, from March 2015 to March 2016. Before that, they held the position of Director of Human Resources - Asia Pacific at Pitney Bowes from October 2011 to February 2015, and at Nuance Communications from May 2010 to September 2011. Additionally, they have served as the Regional Director of Human Resources - Middle East & Asia Pacific at Landor Associates from 2007 to 2010, and as the Regional HR Manager - Asia Pacific at The Nature Conservancy from 2005 to 2007. Louise began their career at Hilton International, where they worked as a Regional Training Manager for Japan and Micronesia from 2001 to 2005, and in various Human Resources roles from 1998 to 2001.

Louise De Marco attended QUT (Queensland University of Technology) from 1990 to 1994, where they studied Business Management (HRM). Then, they went on to study Adult and Vocational Education at the University of Southern Queensland from an unknown start year to 1996.
