Maria Stasse

Maria Stasse has a solid work experience in the field of Human Resources. Maria began their career as an Intern at Sofitel Luxury Hotels and Resorts in 2001. Maria then served as an HR Intern at Renault from 2002 to 2004. Following that, they worked at Fnac as an HR Intern for one year from 2004 to 2005. In 2006, Maria joined Ardian as a Human Resources Business Specialist, a role they held until 2012. During this time, they managed the HR team, led recruitment processes, developed HR policies and processes, and provided support to managers and employees. From 2012 to 2017, Maria served as the HR Development Director at Ardian, where they further developed their skills in recruitment, career planning, employee relations, and termination procedures.
