Jennifer Dalton

Jennifer Dalton began their work experience in 2000 as an intern at Bastin, Dorrell & Snyder, LLC, where they assisted with individual tax returns and performed office administration tasks. Jennifer then worked as a staff/intern at Brown & Co., LLC, preparing various tax returns and fixed asset schedules while attending school full-time.

In 2003, Dalton joined BGBC Partners, LLP as a Senior Manager in the Tax Department. Jennifer gained extensive experience in tax planning and compliance for closely held businesses and their owners, including corporate structure planning, accounting information systems, and international taxation.

Dalton joined Axia Technology Partners, LLC in 2014 as the VP of Finance. Jennifer continued in this role when Axia established Kerauno as a separate company in 2018. After a corporate restructuring, Kerauno spun off in September 2020.
