Ryan Donahue began their work experience as a Head Cashier at CompUSA in January 2008. Within four months, they were promoted to the position for their exceptional customer service skills. During their time at CompUSA, Ryan earned a Microsoft A+ certification and was recognized for having the lowest return rate while working at the customer service desk. In October 2009, they joined Appia Communications as a Project Implementation Engineer. In this role, Ryan collaborated with customers to develop and implement IP phone systems and customer premise networks based on their requirements. Ryan remained with Appia Communications for a decade until August 2019. Later that year, Ryan joined Axia Technology Partners as a Voice Engineer and continues to work there.
Ryan Donahue has a background in computer science and has studied at Bradley University and the College of DuPage.
