Amin Hariri

Amin Hariri has extensive experience in the financial sector, particularly in private equity and corporate finance. Amin currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at Axia Water, a newly formed platform focused on acquiring and investing in water services companies across the United States. Prior to this, Amin worked as an independent advisor for Break Point Capital LLC, where they provided M&A and corporate advisory services to early-stage and lower middle market companies.

Before their role at Break Point Capital, Amin served as an Independent Board Member at Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC. Amin also held the position of Director at GI Partners, where they oversaw investments in the tech-enabled services, financial services, and communications sectors. Amin's responsibilities included serving as a board member or advisor to various companies within these sectors.

Amin has also held executive positions in other industries, including Interim Chief Financial Officer at Duckhorn Wine Company and Chief Financial Officer at Sunset-Gower Studios, a portfolio company of GI Partners. Amin began their career in corporate finance at Mattel and Credit Suisse before joining Pacific Corporate Group as an Associate.

Amin holds a wealth of experience in finance and has worked with a diverse range of companies and industries throughout their career.

Amin Hariri completed an MBA degree from The Wharton School from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they obtained a BS degree in Structural Engineering from UC San Diego, graduating in 1996. Amin Hariri also holds a certification as a Chartered Financial Analyst Charterholder from the CFA Institute.
