Danny is currently working as a Principal Data Scientist at Wayspring, where they developed Signal, a predictive modeling software for identifying clinical, financial, and patient engagement risks for members impacted by substance use disorder. Danny has expertise in using tools such as R, SQL, Python, AWS, Git, and Docker.

Before joining Wayspring, Danny worked as a Data Scientist at Highmark Health. Their role focused on utilizing data analytics to optimize business processes and drive strategy. Danny has experience with technologies such as R, SQL, Tableau, and AWS.

Prior to Highmark Health, Danny worked at Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield of Western New York. Their responsibilities included developing integrated analytic products and providing analytics leadership in sales and marketing.
