Troy Mashburn

Troy is responsible for market operations and health plan relationships in Tennessee. He brings deep experience in implementing patient and member engagement solutions through his work with provider, hospital, and health plan partners nationwide at CareWire and PerfectServe. In addition, Troy has 10 years of management consulting experience in helping clients craft new strategies and drive operational efficiency at Next Street and Stockamp & Associates (now Huron Healthcare). He received his B.A. in Economics and History from Vanderbilt University and a master’s from the Fletcher School at Tufts University.
