Maureen Contreras

Maureen Contreras is an experienced chemical engineer with a strong background in process safety management and hazard analysis. Currently serving as a Senior PSM Engineer at Westlake since March 2018, Maureen has also held the position of Senior PSM Engineer at Axiall Corporation, a Westlake Company, since September 2013. Previous roles include Process Hazards Analysis Engineer at PPG Industries and Chemical Engineer at SCS Engineers, where Maureen contributed to various projects, including process hazard analysis and management of change. An educational foundation in Chemical Engineering was established at the University of South Florida, where Maureen earned a Bachelor of Science degree between 2002 and 2007.
