Leroy Almeida

Leroy Almeida is a seasoned product designer with extensive experience in AI/ML and user experience design. Currently serving as a Senior Product Designer at Axiamatic, Leroy leads the design of AI-powered enterprise risk management tools. Previously, experience includes roles at Kumu as a Senior Product Designer focused on multi-app strategy and innovation, and as a Lead Product Designer enhancing user experiences at ING Philippines, where key projects included the mobile app design and internal tools aimed at compliance efficiency. Earlier positions at Accenture and Kalibrr involved leading design efforts and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve user interactions across various platforms. Leroy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of Santo Tomas and has completed additional training at Reforge.
