Pedro Santos

Pedro Santos is a seasoned Cloud Architect with extensive experience at Axians Portugal since June 2019, specializing in Azure cloud solutions, architecture frameworks, and cloud migration strategies. Proficient in designing and maintaining disaster recovery plans and security measures, Pedro also excels as an Azure DevOps Engineer, focusing on CI/CD infrastructure automation, pipeline development using Terraform and shell scripting, and implementation of DevOps culture. Prior to this role, Pedro served as a Subject Matter Expert for Office 365 at Teleperformance Portugal, providing technical guidance and support, and as a Technical Customer Support Advisor at Portugal Telecom, where foundational technical support skills were developed. Pedro holds a Licentiate degree in Computer Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico.
