Kassapa Jayasinghe is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in managed services and IT service management. Currently serving as Head of Practice - Managed Services at Axiata Digital Labs, Kassapa has successfully built a team and established a service delivery culture across six countries, overseeing the governance and delivery of services for over 100 applications. Previous positions include Head of IT Service Management at Nations Trust Bank PLC and Project Manager at Virtusa, focusing on multi-regional project completions and service deliveries. Kassapa's technical expertise was honed at Microsoft as a Premier Field Engineer, providing on-site support for major clients. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Business Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Colombo, complemented by a Diploma in Photography.
