Alice Suryani M. Kamel

Alice Suryani M. Kamel currently serves as the Group Treasurer and Head of Corporate Finance at Axiata since May 2023. Prior to this role, Alice was the General Manager of Corporate Planning and Strategy at MISC for a brief period in early 2023. From March 2012 to January 2023, Alice held the position of Head of Treasury and Corporate Finance at Digi Telecommunications, where significant contributions included overseeing special projects and earning a nomination for the Adam Smith Asia 2020 Treasury Today Women of the Year Award. Previous experience includes roles at Axiata, Kulicke and Soffa OHQ (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, IBM, and Maybank, each contributing to a robust background in corporate finance, treasury management, and corporate banking. Alice earned a degree in International Economics from International Islamic University Malaysia, complemented by executive education at INSEAD in 2016 and 2018.
