Jelmer Kosters

Jelmer Kosters is an experienced professional in the field of analog and mixed-signal design, currently serving as Analog/Mixed-Signal Lead at Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. since January 2024. Previously, Kosters held the position of Lead Engineer Analog/Mixed-Signal at Axign BV, where responsibilities included defining AMS IP, developing mixed signal blocks, and leading a team in delivering high-performance systems. With a background as an Entrepreneur at VONK and Instructor at the University of Twente, Kosters also contributed significantly to education in electrical engineering. Kosters' early career included a master’s thesis in IC design and an internship focused on mixed signal/RF CMOS design at AKM Semiconductor. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Twente and an International Baccalaureate from College Den Hulster, Venlo.
