Jessica Thomas

Jessica Thomas currently serves as the Sr. Director of Operational Excellence and EHS at Axillon Aerospace since November 2024. Prior to this role, Jessica held various positions at Meggitt from April 2018 to November 2024, including Director of Operations and Manufacturing Operations Manager. Jessica's earlier experience includes roles at Parker Aerospace as the Division Quality Continuous Improvement Lead and Quality Engineer from June 2014 to April 2018, and a Quality Engineer position at EnCore Composite Structures. Additionally, Jessica began a career as a Process/Manufacturing Engineering Intern at Parker Hannifin and as a Technical Student Intern at Sandia National Laboratories. Jessica holds a Master of Science in Engineering with Integrated Technology Management and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
