Andrew Freeborn is an experienced legal professional specializing in antitrust law. Currently serving as Antitrust Counsel at Axinn, Veltrop & Harkrider LLP since June 2023, Andrew previously held the position of Counsel in Litigation and Competition at Lyft from September 2022 to April 2023. Prior to that role, Andrew was an Antitrust Associate at Axinn from August 2018 to September 2022 and gained experience as Competition Counsel (Secondee) at Google from November 2020 to August 2021. Andrew began a significant tenure at Latham & Watkins as an Antitrust Associate from October 2012 to August 2018, which followed a brief period as a Summer Associate in 2011. Early career experiences include a Trainee Lawyer position at Ibrachy & Dermarkar Law Firm and serving as Program Coordinator at Pacific Council on International Policy. Andrew holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Relations from the University of Southern California.
