Chhaya Sharma

Chhaya Sharma has several years of experience in HR roles. Chhaya currently holds the position of Senior Vice President - Head of HR at Axio since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Capital Float starting in 2015, where they held various roles including Vice President - Head of HR, Associate Vice President, Senior Manager, and Assistant Manager. Before their time at Capital Float, they worked at Wipro as a Senior Executive in Talent Acquisition from September 2011 to May 2015. At Wipro, they were involved in various HR responsibilities such as recruitment and talent acquisition for different domains.

Chhaya Sharma completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in HR from Bharthiyar University between 2009 and 2011. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Harvard Leadership Course from Harvard Business School in 2021.
