Thomas Stauber

Tom Stauber is a cofounder and managing partner at Axiologic Solutions with more than fifteen years’ experience in the defense and intelligence missions as an analyst, engineer, and leader. Graduating from the US Military Academy with a BS in systems engineering, he was an early participant in the Explosive Ordnance Disposal intelligence mission in Afghanistan for Operation Enduring Freedom. After retiring from the Army and attending the University of Virginia for his master’s degree in systems engineering, he moved forward to found Axiologic with UVA classmate Michael Chavira. He strives to make Axiologic an unprecedented place where mission accomplishment and innovation converge in an environment that excites people to come to work every day!
