Tony Bott

Tony Bott is an experienced delivery leader currently serving as Head of Delivery at Axiologik since November 2021, where responsibilities include managing high-performing change leadership teams and developing client-facing delivery propositions. Bott has a strong background in various senior delivery roles across public and private sectors, including positions as Senior Delivery Manager for PA Consulting & Axiologik and the Financial Conduct Authority, and previous head positions within the UK Health Security Agency. With a career spanning complex technology and business change initiatives, Bott has led agile transformations and improved delivery capabilities for numerous organizations. Prior to Axiologik, Bott held leadership roles at Mastek and Achieve Business Change, successfully overseeing projects in retail, manufacturing, and logistics. Educationally, Bott holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from the University of Lincoln.
