Josh Hamilton

Josh Hamilton has extensive experience in program administration and community liaison roles focused on mental health and substance use recovery. Currently serving as Programs Administrator and Parole Liaison at Axiom Care since May 2017, responsibilities include processing referrals for contracted programs, completing discharge documents, and liaising with parole officers. Concurrently, Josh is involved with the Arizona Department of Corrections as a contracted vendor for the Set for Success and Residential Community Behavior Modification programs, providing transition services for individuals with serious mental illness and addressing the needs of those at risk of re-incarceration. Previous experience includes managing operations and services at ViVRE Recovery Housing, a non-profit organization supporting sober living for ex-offenders. Education includes attendance at Phoenix College during 2008-2009.
