Director Of Quality at Axiom Foods

Celine Lacote has worked in the Quality Assurance field since 2001. Celine began their career with a summer position at Europhartech, a drug and OTC contract manufacturer, where they wrote SOPs and reviewed and updated product supply agreements. In 2002, they had a summer position at Sanofi (formerly AVENTIS Pharma). In 2003, they had an internship at Janssen, Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson and Johnson, where they released batches, handled customer complaints, and wrote SOPs. In 2005, they became the Director of Operations and Director of Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs at The Coromega Company. In this role, they managed a team of 12+ Production, Warehouse and Quality employees, and led internal quality improvement initiatives. In 2015, they became the Director of Quality Assurance at M2 Ingredients for Om, Organic Mushroom Nutrition. Here, they developed and maintained Quality Management Systems in compliance with cGMP (21 CFR 111) for a new 20,000 sq ft plant. In 2017, they became the Director of Quality and QA Manager at Axiom Foods. In this role, they provided technical support, filled in Quality questionnaires, and implemented and maintained the Foreign Supplier Verification Program (21 CFR 1. 500).

Celine Lacote has an education history that includes a Master Degree in Quality Assurance from Université Paris Cité, obtained in 2004, and a Doctor in Pharmacy from the same institution, obtained between 1998 and 2004. Celine has also obtained three additional certifications: PCQI from the Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance (FSPCA) in October 2017, Foreign Supplier Verification Program from the Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance (FSPCA) in May 2017, and HACCP Food Safety from the International HACCP Alliance in September 2015.
