Tricia Phillips

Tricia Phillips is an experienced nursing professional currently serving as the Regional Executive Nurse for Axiom Healthcare Services since September 2015, overseeing multiple skilled nursing facilities and assisted living centers, with a notable achievement of four out of five skilled nursing facilities achieving a 5-star rating.
