Marissa McPhillips

Marissa McPhillips is a Consultant at Axiom Healthcare Strategies, having progressed through roles including Senior Analyst and Analyst since July 2022. Previously, Marissa completed a Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering at Boston University, where involvement included a Graduate Teaching Assistant position managing laboratory sections of a Molecular Cell Biology and Biotechnology course. Marissa's research experience includes work as an Undergraduate Researcher at Imperial College London, focusing on device development for breast cancer treatment, and an internship at the Naval Research Enterprise Internship Program, contributing to biomimetic underwater vehicle research. Marissa also volunteered in biodynamic research at the University of Rhode Island and earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Bioengineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
