Currently serving as Cluster Executive Chef at Axiom Hospitality since February 2023 and Head Chef at DoubleTree by Hilton Bath since September 2022, Arron also operates as a Business Owner at Y mynydd swigr since January 2022. Previous positions include Freelance Head Chef at DoubleTree by Hilton, Head Chef at Mollie's, and Head Chef at wagamama, among others. Arron began the culinary journey as a Chef at Vintage Inns in March 2008 and has developed a rich background in kitchen leadership over the years, complemented by a GNVQ in IT from Bassaleg educational institution.
