Ramona Dirlea is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as the Director of Rooms Operations and Head of Operational Efficiency at Axiom Hospitality since January 2022. Prior to this role, Ramona held the position of Hotel Manager for Residence Inn by Marriott at both London Bridge and Tower Bridge from January 2020 to January 2022. Experience also includes managing Holiday Inn Express Portsmouth - Gunwharf Quays and serving as Operations Manager at Courtyard by Marriott London Gatwick. Ramona's career began at Marriott International in October 2008, progressing through various supervisory and managerial roles, including Rooms Division Manager, Rooms Manager, Front Office Manager, Assistant Executive Housekeeper, Front Desk Supervisor, Housekeeping Supervisor, and Room Attendant.
