Director, Mid-market Sales at Axiom

Agata Will has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Beginning in 2005, they served as a Store Manager for Zale Jewelers, where they were responsible for motivating and empowering store employees to achieve business goals. In 2016, Agata joined Acquirent, initially as a Senior Sales and Customer Success Manager, later transitioning to the role of Director of Customer Success, and eventually serving as the VP of Sales Management. In 2018, they became the President of Toastmasters International, and in 2022, they joined Axiom as the Director of Mid-Market Sales.

Agata Will obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in International Relations and Affairs from Nicolaus Copernicus University from 1999 to 2005. Additionally, they completed postgraduate studies in European Union Law at Centrum Studiow Europejskich im. Jean Monnet from 2002 to 2005. Agata also obtained various certifications in sales enablement, sales leadership, client success leadership, and BDR/SDR certification from Sales Assembly.
