Catherine Pitt has over a decade of work experience in the legal industry. Catherine started their career as a Trainee Solicitor at Mills & Reeve, where they gained experience in various areas of law and participated in marketing and business development initiatives. Catherine then joined Clyde & Co as an Associate, specializing in employment law and representing corporate and public sector clients. In 2015, Catherine transitioned into the talent management field and joined Axiom as a Manager, Talent Engagement. Over the years, they progressed within the company, holding roles such as Senior Manager and becoming the Head of Talent Engagement for the London office. In 2021, they were promoted to Director, Talent Engagement, UK & Europe, where they oversaw talent engagement activity and managed a team of six direct reports. Catherine currently holds the position of Director, Talent Success, UK & Europe at Axiom, leading a team of ten Talent Success Partners.
Catherine Pitt attended Durham University from 2004 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Psychology. Catherine then went on to study at The University of Law, completing a Graduate Diploma in Law from 2007 to 2008. Afterwards, they pursued a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree, which they completed in 2009. Additionally, they also completed a Legal Practice Course at The University of Law from 2008 to 2009.
