Heather Woolley

Heather Woolley is a seasoned Labor and Employment Attorney at Axiom since July 2023, providing nationwide HR counseling and training, while also managing legal matters including EEOC and ADA compliance. As the Business Owner of Guided to Heal since July 2020, Heather integrates expertise in law, culture, HR training, and alternative healing practices. Prior roles include independent contractor providing HR training for Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, and contract attorney for Beacon Hill Staffing Group, where Heather contributed to legal compliance and HR training initiatives. With a strong foundation in litigation and business development from prior positions as Partner at Ritigstein Law, Chief Advocate of Fun at The Fun Dept., and Assistant Litigation Department Chair at Jacobs Law Group, Heather holds a J.D. from Temple University and a Bachelor of Science from Marist University.
